with international or complex online activities.

JOB DETAILS
We are looking for a Support Consultant / Project Manager
to join the team responsible for the account of a Dax listed
company in the fast moving consumer goods sector.
 
Ihre Aufgaben
Responsibilities include:
Project management and roll-out co-ordination for international online developments and marketing campaigns
Quality management and pre-rollout testing
Close collaboration with creative online agencies and the clients Internet departments worldwide
1st level technical and operational assistance with the local adaptation of centrally developed online campaigns and websites
Consulting in brand consistency and usability
Continuous optimisation of workflows and processes
Content Management using customised CMS solutions
Production and optimisation of instructional documents
and help manuals
Conduct training sessions via web conference on tools,
processes, styleguides
 
Unsere Anforderungen
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent English both written and spoken
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Internet and technical affinity
Very strong service mentality
Have an international mindset
Committed, self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative
Can work effectively under high pressure and in a
performance driven environment
Ability to prioritise and respond to critical issues in a timely & appropriate manner
University educated
Relevant practical experience
IT skills: Excellent knowledge of Windows & MS Office,
Experience in using content management systems,
Preferably basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop
Erforderliche Schulbildung: UNI (Wissenschaftliche Hochschule / Universität)
