| Ihre Aufgaben |
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The transportation industry is a strategic market for SAP with extraordinary perspectives for growth. The strong existing client base comes from all modes (airlines, ocean carrier, railways, trucking) and all participants of a logistics chain (shippers, forwarder, carrier, hubs, etc.).
Our organizational unit, the Consulting Hub Transportation Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) started January 1st 2010 and was created to help SAP maximize value for our customers in this region with an extended global consulting and education services portfolio, allowing for effective
knowledge sharing across borders, creating a win-win situation for all constituents. This is one aspect of the strategic investment of SAP in this promising industry, besides the investment going into the product SAP Transportation Management.
In order to achieve our ambitious targets and objectives, we are currently looking for graduates as Associate Consultants for SAP Transportation Management who will contribute to SAPs
innovative projects with shippers, freight forwarders, carriers and logistics service providers.
Our Consulting organization supports EMEA-wide projects and customer engagements with various consulting services. Take the opportunity to join an international team of transportation

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Dynamic individual with strong analytic and excellent communication skills who will support
implementation projects focused on SAP Transportation Management:
Support client teams in defining business requirements
Provide convincing solution demos
Participate in implementation activities like configuration and testing

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Graduate degrees in Management, Logistics or Computer Science
We will give preference to candidates which have already gathered some experience in logistics and with SAP applications
Strong presentation and communication skill set necessary ability to comprehend business requirements and create a strong value for the proposed solution architecture
Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments
Willingness to travel internationally in EMEA (100%)
Fluency in English and German and at least one additional foreign language (e.g. Arabic, French, Russian, Spanish) is expected
