Ihre Aufgaben
My client is an outsourcing company who is working for E- Commerce business with 250 subsidiaries making it one of the largest internationally networked media services providers. Also with more than 96.000 employees in more than 50 countries worldwide and it was founded in 1835, as a German publishing house. They are expanding their services and are opening a new call centre in Geispolsheim in a beautiful part of France near the German border in the Alsace 20 min from Strasbourg. Alsace is located on France eastern border and on the west bank of the upper Rhine adjacent to Germany and Switzerland. The political, economic and cultural capital as well as largest city of Alsace is Strasbourg. Due to that city being the seat of dozens of international organizations and bodies, Alsace is politically one of the most important regions in the European Union.
At the moment we are looking for bilingual French/German speakers to join our client s successful team as Customer Service Agent.
Daily duties:
-Answering inbound Customer Service calls in a professional and polite way. (French/German)
-Provide customers with all relevant information and services.
-Administration of daily correspondence (e-mails, fax, post)
-Providing service excellence by efficiently problem-solving and reacting to customer situations in a professional, polite and immediate manner.
-Daily updates of client database
-Perform other related duties.
Salary: 1490 p/m gross for start
Location: See map (France/Germany)
Interview procedures: 1 phone interview/1 face2face interview (will be held in my client s office in France)
Relocation: NOT included. (Ideally for candidates who is located nearby Strasbourg)

Unsere Anforderungen
Requirements:
- Fluent (ideally native-like) level of French, Very good level of German
- Previous Experience in Customer Care Service/Call Centre/Telesales
- Good knowledge of Desktop Computer System/OS (Windows) /Microsoft Office
-High level of communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure and immediate problem-solving skills
- YES! Can do! attitude
-Willing to perform and progress
- Very good IT skills.
- Desirable level of initial training:
Either a general education (CAP, BEP, )
Or Technical training with experience in customer service.
