Ihre Aufgaben
MG International is a leading global expert in international recruitment. One of our clients is currently looking for a Customer Service Agent to be based in Geispolsheim, France. Our client is Leader BPO that specializes in outsourcing solutions in the Financial Sector. They are expanding their services and are opening a new call center in Geispolsheim in a beautiful part of France near the German border in the Alsace 20 min from Strasbourg.

Job description:
The Customer Service Agent is responsible for answering client's customer calls in a timely manner and providing the best possible support and to assist the customers with information. You will need to communicate in a effective verbal and written communication skills in order to work effectively with customers, other department members and with all members of the company worldwide. The role requires you to maintain accurate customer records in customer database system and to provide feedback on process and support improvements

Salary: 1 490 /month (1340 + 150 : bilingual bonus)

Start date: 6th of September
